The first workspace is intentionally session-only.
You can use the public guides without an account. Information you type into the workspace is held in the current browser tab and is not designed to be saved after the session ends.

What happens to information in this release.
Workspace entries
The workspace keeps entered facts in browser memory for the current tab session, including when you follow internal links and return. Closing or refreshing the page loses new entries. Do not rely on the workspace as the only copy of a record.
Older browser drafts
An earlier release saved unencrypted workspace entries in browser local storage. This release stops new writes. If an older draft exists, the workspace offers its original download and explicit deletion; it does not silently erase your only copy. Supported fields can be recovered into memory, but must be confirmed again. Use Clear session and older saved draft to remove the older stored copy after saving anything you need. If your browser blocks access to site storage, use its site-data controls to inspect or remove that older copy.
Selected files
When you select a file in the deposit tool, it reads it locally to create a cryptographic fingerprint and display basic file information. It does not upload or store the file contents on an application server.
Exports
If you choose to export a matter file, your browser creates the download for you. You control where it is stored and who receives it. The export is not encrypted and may contain sensitive housing information. Store it privately. Exporting a copy does not remove an older draft.
Site and infrastructure logs
Like most hosted websites, the service provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser details, timestamps, requested paths, and security signals.
Public-page analytics
Google Analytics is used on public informational pages to understand visits and improve the guides. The analytics tag is not loaded on a direct workspace visit. A tag already loaded on a public page is disabled before private workspace content renders. The application does not send workspace entries, selected filenames, file contents, or exported matter-file content to Google Analytics. Google may process request, device, page-view, scroll, and link-interaction information under its own privacy practices.

Future accounts or storage
Accounts, synchronization, and persistent evidence storage are not part of this release. If they are introduced, this notice must be updated before those features are made available.
